What is Person-centred Counselling?
As a Person-centred counsellour, I believe that healing begins when we no longer feel we have to hide parts of ourselves. That's why I aim to offer a space where you can come exactly as you are—without fear of judgement, pressure or expectation.
I won't tell you what decisions to make, diagnose you or give you temporary fixes. Instead, I'll listen with empathy, honesty and genuine curiosity, trusting that you already hold the capacity for growth within you. Together, we'll explore your thoughts and feelings at a pace that feels comfortable, helping you make sense of your experiences in a way that feels right for you.
My role isn't to lead the way, but to walk alongside you with compassion and acceptance, supporting you as you connect with yourself and move towards the life you want to live.
